lol no I am in Eastern Washington state but you can make these then freeze....and microwave not as crunchy like when fresh but still good.
 
O. K. it's not for supper, but here is what Pa is making for Easter lunch. Three kinds of pierogies, kielbasa in sauerkraut, ham, mashed potatoes, green beans, deviled eggs (made by my grand daughter from her OWN recipe), fruit salad, and green garden salad. Store bougt Easter bunny cake that barely survived the ride home from Wegman's. All the Princess knows about driving is firmly depress the gas pedal and then firmly depress the brake--nothing gradual.
