T-Bone steak - mid rare, zucchini sauteed with garlic scapes, mushrooms, and onions in a chile sage brown butter, green salad with aged balsamic and homemade rolls
 
Started the week off with a bang on Saturday had smoked quail and Chicken and Andoiee Gumbo cooked in my pressure cooker...TO DIE FOR, Then Sunday was Pasta E Fagioli, Last night was steak fajitas...Toinight i just dont know yet. I have ribs, chicken thighs, whole chicken, quail and tons of flounder fillets to choose from. I was thinking White chicken chili or????? Kinda tired of quail or Flounder for a while we have a surplus of that so we have it often.

I do need to cook some eggplant today but im the only one who eats it in the house. Maybe for lunch?

? There are Somany different things to be cooked but NO ONE in this house will try it!!!!! Wow I used to think my family was not picky but easy I didn't have to be creative, well now it is just old, like me! Got to go its starting to thunder, yeah maybe more rain, I HATE lightening!
