Hey Grandpa, What's for Supper? Part 2

-firing up the grill for homemade burgers this evening. -sautéed mushrooms and onions, with melted pepper jack cheese, BBQ sauce, and bacon. -oven fries and baked beans on the side. My menfolk shall be very happy.

This stuff is at least twice as good second time around. I'll add a salad and some biscuits.

I hope you like it. I never have chili sauce and always have lots of hm salsa, so I sub that for chili sauce. Don't be afraid of the soy sauce, it's not too salty. You just have to remember NOT to add salt to the flour coating! I just made a 10lb bag of leg quarters this way, my family thinks I'm the greatest Momma ever

Tonight was lemon-thyme goat chops, crash hot taters from the Pioneer Woman's website (I've been spending way too much time there lately--it all looks so good!!) and salad. And brownies.
 
pioneer woman? hum, some place to be besides here, pinterest, and the kitchen? I'll check it out.
Now that the boy is out of school for a few weeks I think he'll want some real food and some family sit down time for dinner. Or, at least I hope he will.
