Hey Grandpa, What's for Supper? Part 2

Rachel, I intend to try that recipe! Tonight we will have stuffed peppers (already cooked and frozen), mashed potato pancakes, carrots, and yellow summer squash.
I keep trying to make enough mashed taters to have leftovers for tater pancakes, but my guys eat them all! Guess if I want them, I'll have to make a batch of mashed taters just for pancakes.

We're doing spinich lasagna and Cali mixed veggies tonight.

"
That's why I only cook one at a time! My guys still draw the line at eating raw meat, so if it's not cooked it's safe.

" That's so funny.

Today we went to E's hometown and placed grave blankets on her parents' and grandparents' graves. While there we stopped at "European Provisions" and bought some good stuff. Had a nice lunch at Red Lobster, so tonight will be small - split pea and ham soup and fried kielbasa.

Should have bought a loaf or rye bread, but I am still semi gluten free.

Tacos.

Right after my chemo when my immune system is tanked, I can't eat raw leafy greens cause of risk of contamination. My count just this am hit a high enough level I can have LETTUCE on my taco--yippee!!!!

It's a miserable, cold, snowy day so I am slow cooking Hungarian beef paprika. I'll make dukmplings and sweet and sour red cabbage (a favorite of the Princess) and some left over green beans from last night to go with it. Rachel,
