tonights dinner will be chicken stir fry with asian vegetables. and maybe rice too if i still have any.

I will make pan fried steak, mixed vegetables, baked sweet potatoes, and probably salad.

Okay, I was going to get Chinese take out, but I have sweet potatoes, and salad...
nope, take out it is. It suddenly started to sound like too much work.
I think broccoli beef and sesame chicken and Bourbon chicken. yea. that's the ticket.

Okay, now you've got me wanting Chinese! I'm going out to dinner with a friend Friday,and we'd picked Mexican for the margaritas

but now I'm thinking maybe Chinese......

Anyhoo, tonight was bacon Swiss burgers with tots. Just honey and I, kiddos were at church.

we got some plum wine to go with it, if that sways you.

We do it so rarely. It is my 'I am too exhausted to boil an egg' day.
I think this spring is either going to make me healthy or kill me.

I feel your pain! Literally and figuratively - a winter of sitting in front of this computer has sure helped me get out of shape.

Tonight is simple - the Princess has a 'read through' for her play so we will have pea soup and rye bread.


edited because my 'b' key is sticking today. I had sourdough bread anyway.

We had turkey sammiches tonight. I think that turkey's about dead, and I never got any frozen.
