Hey Grandpa, What's for Supper? Part 2

I have chicken thighs that are going to be transformed into chicken parm. some spaghetti/pasta as the side. Wish I had Swiss chard, might have to use some frozen spinach instead.
 
Finally getting those fish tacos tonight!
How do you make them?
I finally had some because I remembered that you enjoyed them, so I thought I would try them.
I was less than enthused, but no one enjoyed their dinner, so maybe it was the way they were made.

Pretty much.

I usually use cod, but we had tilapia this time. Not grilled, just cooked in a skillet with a little butter. A good amount of Mexican-type seasoning and some lime juice. Flour tortilla, tarter sauce, cheese, avocado, shredded cabbage, tomato. Squeeze some lime over the top, not too much! We like lots of veggies on our tacos

I used to fry my tortilla in some coconut oil--yum! But crunchy is bad for my mouth right now, I'm embracing the soft.
