Hey Grandpa, What's for Supper? Part 2

Browning off one of the pretty chuck roasts I bought recently for a nice pot roast tonight. I'll cook onions and carrots with it, and we'll have potatoes on the side. Maybe mashed, maybe roasted, not sure yet.

Yeah, kinda a no-brainer, right? dinner will be around 7 West Coast time. I'll open the gate and put the dogs up, just pull in beside the van with the zombie bumper stickers

I believe we will have a chicken. (Not mine) cut up and fried with some Larry the cable guy's chicken coating.
I don't know what else yet.

Tomorrow may involve making a pizza dough, smothering it with the sauce I just made from the garden, possibly pineapple, sausage, black olives and mozzarella.
 
Maybe the best beef barley soup that I have ever had! The old Polish ladies that run that place surely know how to cook. Reminds me very much of my MIL's cooking. She was a really good cook.
