Last night we had grilled boneless pork chops. They were really too lean and dry...they were fresh from the butcher but it didnt make much difference. I personally think pork is raised TOO lean, anymore. And snappy green beans..with bacon and tarragon vinegar and onions, which were pretty good. And applesauce.

Tonight we had Stouffer's frozen dinner...chicken and broccoli and pasta. With plain bread and butter on the side. And homemade Cherry Crunch for dessert.
