Hey Grandpa, What's for Supper? Part 2

My pepper stuffing mix : equal parts ground sirloin and meatloaf mix from the Amish (pork/beef mix), rice, eggs, onions and a dash of Worcestershire sauce - all cooked in a tomato sauce/stewed tomato mix.

Tonight I will make stuffed peppers, mashed potatoes, green beans or carrots and broccoli.

deleted the broccoli, went with the green beans and added a mozzarella/Bibb lettuce/heirloom tomato salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette.
 
Tonight I am making a T-bone steak, mac and cheese, and spaghetti squash. The Princess will craft a Caesar salad.
 
Chicken Fettuccine! My Youngest is making it--starting with home made noodles yesterday
 
Princess stopped at Halinka's Polish Deli today and got some stuffed cabbage. I'll heat them up to serve with left over mac and cheese and a mozzarella/Bibb lettuce/heirloom tomato/Balsamic vinaigrette salad.
 
Thursday - was 'turkey night' at Cracker Barrel, and that's what we had.

Friday - Caesar salad, steak on the grill, left over sweet/sour red cabbage, zucchini squash, mac and cheese.

Tonight - meat loaf, green beans and left over mac and cheese.
 
Jello. Ken can't eat all day today for some medical testing tomorrow, and I don't wanna eat in front of him in the hotel room.
