Hey Grandpa, What's for Supper? Part 2

Going easy today. Hotdogs on the grill, macaroni salad, creamy cucumber salad and baked beans. Almost got some fresh sweet corn, but just as I got to the stand someone was bagging the last dozen ears. :he I'm down to 4 pints of frozen sweet corn in the freezer - time for the fresh.

I’m going even easier than you, Sour. Steak pie, chips (fries to you peeps over there) and frozen peas / sweet corn - none involving even the slightest effort from me :D

Baby Back Ribs!

On Thursday we grilled out and had some friends and family over. I made spare ribs on the smoker. They were a hit. We also had burgers, hot dogs, brats, potato salad, deviled quail eggs, and a few things brought by our guests. It was my birthday too, so we had a homemade chocolate cake with nutella filling and chocolate ganache frosting. Plenty of beer, soda, and some tequila washed it all down.
I felt like this guy the next morning though. :th

It sounds like a good night!

Steaks on the grill, mac and cheese, fresh sweet corn - green beans if the Princess returns from shopping with some. It is brutally hot and humid here.

The Princess came home with Romaine lettuce so we will drop the green beans and add a Caesar salad.
