Hey Grandpa, What's for Supper? Part 2

Turned out super did touch of 1/2 and 1/2, 2 hearty tbsp of butter .. glob of garlic paste sprinkle of dill and my small hand of bacon in the mashed potato ... I call a beef roast a roast beast .. cauliflower

I have a cast iron 6 quart cooker covered in porcelain.. I simply love for it I can do it on the gas stove in like 1 1/2 hours to pull apart texture melt in the mouth
 
Been craving fried ham, but it’s a no-no. We picked up low-sodium Spam a couple of weeks ago, so we had Mac ‘n Cheese and fried LS Spam with a little stone ground mustard. It was pretty good....not as good as the high octane stuff but I won’t mind keeping a few cans in the pantry from now on.

Making a variation of a Russian dish with cabbage using half a red cabbage
adding eggs carrot stew meat and a few wggs with egg noodles
