Buffalo chicken enchiladas, spanish rice, corn and refried beans.

Made dinner ate dinner it was good...
Pork loin chops bone in, did 10 minute cabbage as a veggie boil the water then drop the cabbage in time 10 just soften a bit .. Crinkle cut fries deep fried

We bought more clementines today at Costco we love them

If you ever find them there, try the Cara Caras. The flesh is pink...even red in some....and so sweet! I can’t have citrus anymore, but man, if I could those would be my first choice!

With the arthritis so bad in my hands clementines are easy not sure of the other never cared for grapefruit really
