Ribs! St. Louis slabs and tips to be specific. Cooking them on the smoker still. Going to serve with baked potatoes, leftover beans, and tomatoes salad along with some homemade bbq sauce.

I make it from scratch always. I cannot say that for everybody though.
My mother and sister in particular use jar gravy or even worse the powder packets you boil with water. You might as well drop a bouillon cube into a water and add some flour.
