Hey Grandpa, What's for Supper? Part 2

Last night we had a Caesar salad, sirloin steak on the grill, baked sweet potato and sweet and sour red cabbage.

Tonight: Caprese salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette, baked seasoned pork cutlets, left over red cabbage, mashed maple butternut squash, and egg noodles with cottage cheese.
 
Tonight I made Ziti with red sauce and mozzarella cheese, warmed bread, and a heirloom tomato/mozzarella/balsamic vinaigrette salad. The Princess picked up a 5 pack of greenhouse heirloom tomatoes at Costco - produced in Canada - they ripened nicely on the window sill and are really good. The price was not crazy high.
