Hey Grandpa, What's for Supper? Part 2

We have had horibble luck trying to get to trader joes

The one that we go to is new and about a three quarter hour drive. We did not go during the statewide lockdown, but have been 3 times since things opened up. No problems getting in.

Breaded/pan fried pork loin cutlets with mushroom sauce, egg noodles and spaghetti squash. Maybe I can talk the Princess into making a salad of some sort.

We've been buying all of our steaks from Costco, and have found them to be high quality.
I bought New York strip steak for coscto and BBQd two of them for Labor Day on Monday. They were very good!

daughter cooked dinner for son in law's birthday--grilled T bones, a really good butternut and yellow squash casserole, homemade stuffed mushrooms. I made bread and his chocolate pie for dessert. We bought a butchered cow back in March and I don't ever want supermarket beef again!!

Tonight we had breaded chicken baked on mushrooms. Mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli.

Yum!
