DW pulled out pork chops. I'm guessing we'll have a veggie or salad and either potatoes or rice. I'm cooped up in the home office working until at least 4:00, so letting her reign over dinner.

I use the steamer basket in the instant pot for beets

Nope no instant pot here but the ones in the bathrooms
have a favored pot caphalon all are but cast iron ones

For tonight I will roast a chicken to be served with stuffing, broccoli, and baked cauliflower florets.
