We fry it!love cauliflower, family not so much! how do you cook it in slow cooker? soup?
Partially cook it (or use thawed frozen)
Dip the florets (or "steak" slices) in an egg/milk mixture
(no precise measurements needed, egg is optional, but makes the crust fluffier)
Dip wet cauli in flour (I drop it into a bag of flour & shake it up ... less messy!)
Fry it. I find an old steel wok best for this, but you can use whatever you have.
Salt to taste
I have to hide it in my warm oven to keep it from getting eaten before I have enough to share!!
