My mom used to make up rice with tomato sauce and hamburger meat and stuff it in peppers then bake it.. Always went for seconds.. Good stuff. You eat like a king, sourland.

Hot dogs tonight. Nothing fancy. I also had a pita with kabob I picked up from the store. I really like the kabob and pita that they make fresh.

Salisbury Steak tonight

T-bone, rice and green peas. Water with some lemon juice. BTW, Badia makes some kick butt seasoning for both steaks and other foods, I've seasoned the steak with Badia's Sason Completa this time. Makes my mouth water just thinking about it.
