Hey Grandpa, What's for Supper? Part 2

Forgot to mention, yesterday we ate out at a local Cajun place we like. DS and I had frog legs. I love them, especially at this place because they sauce they come with is amazing. I enjoyed a Purple Haze and a pineapple cider with my meal too. My brother tagged along and got fried catfish. DW got a gator po'boy sandwich.
 
Maybe some home fries
I have a really nice rib roast.. googled how to cook it
even got a litte recipe for horseradish sauce
  • 3 Tbsp prepared horseradish (here's how to make prepared horseradish)
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp chopped chives or the greens of a green onion
