Sounds good, almost like a stroganoff. Just beef drippings or stock thickened with sour cream?

Yup but The meat letover is pork ahhh heck will take out some beef. Pork can be tomorrow. Use the Beef drippings

Pizza baked in the BBQ today!

Ended up having brisket, pulled pork, baked beans, mac and cheese, southwest corn salad, rolls and peach rhubarb cobbler all from a BBQ restaurant. It was a feast!

Have left over pork chops going to cut them up add them to pork and rice probably corn added

Had a big lunch at an outdoor Italian restaurant (chicken Franhaise and angel hair) - tonight we'll have hors douevres ? and watch the horse race.
