Duck is horribly expensive here. I don’t think I’ve ever had it and the sticker shock keeps me from trying it.

I have seen duck at Costco before. It seems like a seasonal product.

Nope but will be a very thick stew decided maybe add onion but other than that decided a stew going to cut the roast now bite size
