With the cooler temps 'round here, I'm thinking some Tex-Mex is in order one evening very soon. Tacos = good!

This will be for tonight. Last night I changed my mind and cooked a rib eye steak.

They guys were paintballing all day and honey brought home pizza. Love that man!

Ya got a good one, Rachel. I actually thought about going the pizza route, but I had those left overs to use up. "Waste not- want not." One of my Mom's favorite adages.

I have a big pot of chili cooking for tonight with plenty leftover to freeze.

Pork roast, cauliflower and rice. not too inspired, but it keeps everyone fed!
