Last night was crockpot sloppy joes. Tonight is breakfast! I think there is someone on here that serves breakfast for dinner every wed. I love that idea! So tonight we are having quiche with bacon and hashbrowns.

We had white chicken chili tonight with cornbread.

I sure hope Yogiman feels well enough to join us here real soon! We're still missing others, like Aneesa's Muse, Redfeathers and cknmom among others. I hope they find their way here soon. They're missed.

Son has a band concert tonight, so it'll be leftovers since I need time to help him get ready to get out the door quickly. I was going to make chili but that will now wait until tomorrow.

LOL. I was thinking about the planned deletion of our old "Hey Grandpa" thread and how all of our post counts are going to go down with the deletion. While I've been here almost 2 years (and was on EZ BYC before that), I don't really post much, except to this and a few other threads. Post counts don't really matter to me but, as I was just about to break thru a 1000 posts, I was looking forward to that occasion.

What do you want to bet that I get to 999 the day before the Big Delete takes place?!

Not in the least! I stole the idea from someone else along the way, along with a few other things that have become family tradition (like Christmas Eve jammies). For us, it started out of necessity. My husband works on Wednesday evenings and it gave the kids something to really look forward to each week. That it was easier for me was all the better!
