We will be eating maple pork chops, scalloped potatoes, and last night's red cabbage - yep, we'll have a salad with that.

Pork for us, also--I have pork steaks marinating right now. Potatoes brushed with butter, wrapped with bacon and wrapped in foil with onion and roasted garlic in the crockpot. Salad or asparagus--I just can't get enough asparagus this time of year!
