Grilling venison tonight. Any suggestions to not screw this up.

I'm of the belief that if you fire up the grill, you make it worth while. So we grilled deer steaks in the McCormick Mesquite Marinade, huge pork steaks marinades in oil and salt and pepper (I have a picky eater), and blackened tilapia. Also threw some cauliflower and corn on the cob on there. It also helps we were celebrating my daddy's birthday.![]()
We ate out for lunch like we usually do on Sundays after church and Sunday nights are typically our "international food" night. Aka, "leftovers", "clean out the fridge" and "fend for yourself"
Do you have a food allergy to beef? My son has multiple severe food allergies. Makes cooking much more difficult. I'm on page 100 of this thread trying to get ideas for meals that I might can fix ahead of time and freeze for when school starts back. Also that are egg free or can be modified to be egg free.

My allergist is allergic to beef, so he eats buffalo, venison, elk, ect. That's how I use to make Shepard's pie but over the years its turned into rice instead of potatoes, broccoli with homemade cheese sauce instead of corn and ground pork (cause I can't eat beef).
Today I finally made pulled pork in the crock pot which we had with salad and homemade brownies for dessert. I followed this recipe for that and added an extra 1/4 c sugar after reading the reviews. http://www.inspiredtaste.net/24412/cocoa-brownies-recipe/
