Hey Grandpa, What's for Supper? Part 2

I don't know what I'd do without pork. Mm, bacon.
I've never seen an allergist, I just know when I eat beef, steak, burgers, milk, ice cream :( it tears me up. ..
I keep a few tupperwares in the freezer with stir fry and rice, soup (Italian sausage, corn chowder), pulled pork, chicken and rice, really anything there's leftovers of after dinner and the next days lunch, to have for lunches over the next month. It's always nice to come home from work and have one serving of borscht without having to cook a kettle.

I love having prepared food in the freezer. I'm hoping this week to put up some veggie broth and chicken with broth, corn chowder and maybe a casserole or two. I also want to make some egg free wonton wrappers to keep in the freezer. I have high hopes this week. We shall see! :)

Went out tonight. Had a crazy day, had a horse wander up in our yard, started looking for the owner around 8 am and finally did about 6:30 pm. Took the boys swimming and then we went fishing with our Cub Scout den, so we just did a fast food run!

When I first started having problems, the worse attacks happened when I ate beef. Steak, burgers, meatloaf... THEN I realized it was the side! Baked potato, fries, mashed potato. I almost always had potato with beef, like I would have sweet potato with pork.
I cut out the potato and beef was back on the menu.

I can still have potato as long as I rotate two weeks between each time.

Last night we had bacon and egg sandwiches. This is a common occurrence at our house because I'm allergic to all grains and I lose the ability to talk, walk, my hands can't move, etc. It causes panic attacks that end up paralyzing me for a while.

Trying to think of what we should have today. Any ideas? My mom is getting so tired of chicken and eggs. We need some better chicken recipes LOL

My oldest has diagnosed allergies of egg, peanuts, tree nuts, catfish and shellfish. Egg causes an asthma attack and anaphylaxis.

My Oldest Daughter was allergic to nearly everything they tested for except Dog, cat and cockroach. She went on a two year shot program.

They do not do that for food allergies?

Is it the potato, or the chemicals in it?

A potato can be pealed and soaked in fresh clean water for 20 min. or so. The water will leach out the chemicals in the potato.

Root veggies are the worst for poisons and chemicals of any food we can eat.
