My guinea is stuffed (which actually taste tested alright) and in the oven. Let's just hope it comes out better this time then it did last time.

I've decided to do some form of Afghani food with my previously mentioned ingredients... Kebabs with fresh herbs, etc., a creamy/curry type eggplant thing with dill, and a saffron'd rice with pine nuts and some raisins or whatever dried fruit/berry I find in the cubbard. (It's not authentic Afghan food ..cuz I substitute here and there ..but it's darn close to the general idea

Boil it down a bit, till you can see the tops of the taters, go ahead and add the two cans of milk, some butter, then the corn, Drain the whole kernel.
Yep, you'll be lucky if there's any left for tomarrow. lol
OOO and crumble some crackers in your bowl!!!
Yeah the milk will be the broth.

Wow, everyone's been doing some cookin' here! Reading past posts has my mouth watering.

We had chicken scallopini. roasted butternut squash gnocchi with browned butter and sage, and fried green beans, Italian style. Salad and fresh Italian bread.
