tonight will be ham, maybe some yams and a salad.

We're on our way to a 3 day event in Cheyenne. Why do I have the feeling that tonight will be a Big Mac and fry night? But tomorrow at the formal dinner - oh boy! Prime rib to order, horseradish cream, steamed baby potatoes, asparagus, rolls and CHEESECAKE! I get to have Ken's slice.

Every now and then I like a Big Mac.

Tonight it will be a T-bone steak, baked potatoes, left over green beans and corn/cut off the cob. We'll start with heirloom tomatoes/mozzarella/Bibb lettuce salad.
