Hey Grandpa, What's for Supper? Part 2

Got it, Phi...found lots of them. Thanks! I bookmarked the one that interested me most...tonight we're having those stuffed acorn squash again. I had plenty of stuffing left over from last time so i froze it. Popped in the fridge last night so tonight all I have to do is cook the squash, add the stuffing, and put the squash back in for little bit. Love easy!
 
@Blooie That recipe is so good! I still have stuffing in the freezer also, but no more squash so I am going to use it for stuffed onions. I have some monster sweet onions threatening to go funky, so I will give it a try.
 
Tonight we ate roast turkey, mashed potatoes with gravy, green beans, corn, broccoli, coleslaw = Yeah we ate at Cracker Barrel. It's right by the doctor's office.

I have made sausage stuffed onions years ago, but I lost that recipe so it will be nice to make it again. It would also be good as a stuffing in baked potato shells.
