	Take that chicken stock, and make a beer cheese soup!yep, barley beef soups still sounds good. I have fresh chicken stock, though, and should use that for something first. maybe cheesy potato corn chowder....hmmmm. so many soups, so little winter
Today we're celebrating being officially named legal guardians of our boy Echo. I've told him he can decide how we celebrate--out to eat, go bowling (his favorite), etc. So, I don't yet know what's for dinner.....but I'm sure he'll make good decisions lol.
