Hey Grandpa, What's for Supper? Part 2

Last night was pounded chicken breast marinated in olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, and garlic and then grilled. Served with greek yogurt 'cheese' mixed with shredded cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, fresh dill, and pistachios. A side of roasted brussel sprouts and a salad.

Kids and their families are on the way here. They always arrive hungry so I will greet them with: a baked ham, kielbasa and sauerkraut, pierogies, potato salad, macaroni salad and fresh rolls. I have a Chinese grand daughter who flat out loves kielbasa - sort of defies stereotypes, doesn't it?

A chuck fillet. It kind of looks like a loin, but quite a bit smaller. He cuts them specially and no other grocer in our area does the same cut. Really flavorful and tender, and a bit less expensive than other cuts.
It is sometimes sold as Chuck eye steak or chuck tender steak.

Chuck has very good flavor.

Since I can't make it to Sour's for dinner tonight, I may go the popcorn route also. Just not feeling well today. We have a mess of trout from fishing yesterday the guys can eat, but my stomach's iffy and fish is about the last thing I want to try to eat right now.
