Made a loaf of rye bread yesterday, so had corned beef and swiss sandwich for supper.

Rib eye steak on the grill, mac and cheese, sweet corn (cut off the cob and previously frozen).

Tonight it is lemon pepper Cornish game hen, mashed potatoes, green beans and lot of gravy.

Pan fried breaded marinated chicken breast, sweet corn and yellow summer squash. I forgot that I didn't have any potatoes.
