Hey Grandpa, What's for Supper? Part 2

I would really love me a big, bloody steak. I'm sick of hamburgers and spaghetti. Have to wait till someone takes me out for the holiday or my birthday so I can slyly order one.

Vegetarian vegetable soup, veggie burger on white pita, grapes, and lowfat yogurt. Not bad, (and filling!) but I'll be glad when this is over!!

Ham, mashed taters, rolls, baked beans, fruit tray, corn and birthday cakes! Evan's birthday is tomorrow but I have to go to Billings tomorrow and spend the night, because my check-in time at the hospital is so doggone early.

Didn't wanna mess with getting a big birthday cake...most of it goes to waste anyway. I don't like sweets, Ken will eat way too much of it, Katie and Jenny darn sure don't need it, Tam doesn't like sweets, Evan can take them or leave them, and Kenny is insulin dependent, so it seems like such a dumb thing to do, making a full sized cake. This year we got an assortment of those little mini-cakes (I think I showed them on here a while back) and we're gonna give each of the kids a mug and let them pick out their own flavors. Just add 2 teaspoons of water, stir, and let Chef Mike cook them for 55 seconds. After they cool a bit we'll add a dollop of ice cream and stick a candle in each one.
