Hey Grandpa, What's for Supper? Part 2

Tonight I will make grilled pork tenderloin medallions, sweet corn, and baked red skin potatoes.

I mowed lawn and took care of a friend's animals as he is out of town at a field trial. The Princess has been conducting the 'spring change' on our bedroom. It will now be like sleeping inside a daffodil. Therefore and thusly we are going to Applebees tonight.

@sourland Wow, daffadil huh... sounds way to bright for my sleeping pleasure. My bedrooms are usually painted closer to pine forest...

Sounds like we will be having Elk Steaks on the grill, with baked potatoes as a side. It is a beautiful spring day and DH feels like grilling!

"Base" color remains green, but all the accessories and doo dads are yellow.

Last night I made breaded Rosemary chicken breasts, baked sweet potatoes, and green beans. Tonight I will make Phillips 'Maryland style' crab cakes, scalloped potatoes, broccoli, and sweet corn.

Honest, I'm still cooking just haven't been checking in. Tonight I'm making a steak on the grill to go with leftover mac and cheese, green beans, and broccoli.

Tonight I'm making pork loin roast Adobo to be served with mashed potatoes and spaghetti squash. The Princess is going to add a Caesar salad.

Tonight we will have Maryland Blue Claw crab cakes, leftover mashed potatoes, and sweet corn - I am down to 8 pts saved from last year.

PS the pork loin Adobo last night was a major success. :drool
