DH doesn't like it, but I do and he is at meetings tonight. Lunches for the rest of the week for me, lol.

Last night was pan fried chicken breast, sweet potatoes, and sweet corn.

Tonight I will make crab cakes, carrots, and summer squash.

Tonight was pan-fried salmon, salad and taters and just to ensure that healthy food wasn’t lonely, some citrus cheesecake for dessert

Menu change. Princess went out and picked up some Mozzarella so I substituted a Bibb lettuce/heirloom tomato/mozzarella salad with Balsamic vinaigrette for the carrots.
