I pre steam then separate the florets from the head, place in baking dish, add seasoning of choice plus butter and cheese of choice and bake at 350 F for 20 to 30 minutes.

Need to let you Know George how good the Cauliflower came out did 30 minutes 350
just perfect but did not steam first ... little johnny's seasoning, little pepper, 2 tbs of butter
turned out crisp but done approved around the table
 
Last night was sliders and potato cakes. Tonight stuffed cabbage, mashed potatoes and either green beans or carrots.
 
Have lettuce so roast beast out burned on last time but cutting the beast in sections put on grill not inside bake potatos or mashed have a new right size outdoor 2 burner can do them ..
and a salad no indoor cooking
 
Doing a pork bonless ribs we picked up at Costco so tator tots and cauliflower from the garden all on the grill no cooking inside
 
Tonight I'm making a Rosemary balsamic pork loin roast, baked sweet potatoes, left over mac and cheese, and left over squash from last night - perhaps a Caesar salad.
