I did a potato salad with bacon, fresh dill and parsley .. horseradish grated in ..
stone ground mustard, mayo. dill pickle grated and yellow mustard

Cajun steak was last night. Tonight is Lasagna

Doing pizza tonight Meat style tonigh moving a bit slow but woke at 8:30
belgian waffle left over

Do I have to cook tonight ? We just returned from my 'birthday' trip. Eating at restaurants even with outside dining, social distancing, and masks was a bit nerve wracking but a pleasant change of pace.

I am making fish or scallop fried in beer batter probable seasoned potato wedges
possibly beets as a veggie .. good to see you back @sourland
