Hey Grandpa, What's for Supper? Part 2

We are having old hen soup today!

I have one of the old hens in the pressure cooker and will make soup from the stock

Tonight we will have meatloaf, gray squash (look like a light colored zucchini), scalloped potatoes and a tomato/mozzarella/balsamic vinaigrette salad. squash and salad dressing picked up today at Trader Joe's. Their low fat Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing is really good. I am finally picking my own tomatoes.

the only thing better than Trader Joe's is Stu Leonard's---both an hour away but sooo worth the trip. PS hubby wants take out pizza tonight

Tonight we'll try chicken pot pie (compliments of Trader Joe's) with a Caesar salad.

We stopped at Trader Jes in Olympia I wanted to see if they had fertile eggs
the line was like 30 people deep did not even try to get in line.
Next time they had lost power so store was trying to recover from it ..
Making my 50-50 burgers tonight .. propably a maybe tator tots in a skillet
