I am total nut case but my BF and Son are my twin engines then ..
Making chicken something may be old fashioned do them in skillet tonight

On some meals, I will cook up a big batch and freeze some for the future when I need a quick meal.

I do that too with certain things like soup & spaghetti sauce. I've gotten used to eating the same thing for days.

I do not cook things I won't eat ... Mushrooms can kill me have to figure out how to make really great deep fried button mushrooms

BF was telling me last night that he misses from the old house
He use to get fried mushrooms .. pulled down a recipe looks prettty simple
Flour and egg double roll in egg wash then flour back and forth any other recipes ?

I quite like garlic butter in inverted mushroom cups, with a baguette
