Doing Zucchini fritters tonight with tri tip

made baked potatoes with toppings---beef chili, cheddar cheese, sour cream and green salad. cherry pie and apple crisp

Change of plans - it's going to be leftover lasagna.

leftover lasagna is better than fresh lasagna! I am grilling pork and beef ribs. Our corn has started to be ready--so having some of that and mashed potatoes--a little lumpy!

guess I did not post ham and scalloped potato.. Maybe peas as a veggie

Tonight I am making leftover rib roast, fried mashed potato cakes, creamed spinach, and of course gravy.
