Chilie burritos tonight putting 1 1/2 lbs of beef in it each can make their own

Got home late and tired last night. We ate a Caesar salad and chilled shrimp. I'll make up for that today.

Meat loaf tonight will be mashed potato a veggie..
Stayed up much to last night, hard to wake up today.

Steak on the grill, baked sweet potatoes, and fried zucchini.

It’s stormy here. I love the rain, so my window is open & my neighbor is cooking something that smells AMAZING. I’m starving & ready to crawl over there & beg for a bowl of whatever it is.

I am trying a recipe from Home bakers as desert her recipe showed a box of powdered sugar I changed it to 3 1/2 cups goggle said
Chess Cake



1 Duncan Hines Yellow Butter Cake mix (Butter Golden)
1 stick butter
1 egg

Then

1 8 oz. Cream Cheese
3 1/2 cups Powdered Sugar
3 Eggs
Mix together cake mix, butter and one egg.
Pat into bottom of 13 x 9 dish.
Beat together cheese sugar and three eggs.
Pour on top of cake mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees F. for 40 to 60 minutes.

Okay made the chess cake for desert think I may frost with cream cheese fosting for the heck of it
