Fresh ham or cured ham ? I love fresh ham steaks, but am having problems locating them.

Bought these at Costco appears they are a bit smaller than the last ones ..
Been using their half a hams works well not sure when I bought these

Princess bought a Costco half a ham a bit ago. It was exceptionally good.

We have never been disapointed in their meats. Have found they are the best at quality

Tri tip tonight, Schwans is mailing our order now. No more truck here said it was not profitable enough .. so use their potato wedges .. culiflower by way of favorite produce store
