I love this post! Great way to get ideas. For New Year's Eve, Pork Wellington with Prosciutto and Spinach Mushroom Stuffing, Peppery Greens with Meyer Lemon Dressing, Rutabaga-Sweet Potato Mash with Garlic and Sage, and Champagne, of course.
