We are planning to have country ribs today. Not sure if I'll find time to make homemade barbecue sauce, so might just use Sweet Baby Rays. Busy day with work (working form home) until about 6pm so DW is going to be running point on cooking today.

Spinach/cheese canneloni, spaghetti squash, heated baguette, mixed greens, tomato, mozzarella salad with balsamic vinaigrette.

Figured out I have a bit of bought salad spinach .. thought I was buying culiflower oops bought nice little head of lettuce.. going to have chicken, fries and salad few herbs in the garden to spice it up
