Pasta salad, leftover pork slices and sweet corn .

Pasta salad sounds good been a while since I've had that.

Tonight is going to be instapot stewed turkey, chicken, pork sausage, beans and veg.

Okay lets say other dinner thread mentioned pan fried noodles in butter have to try that .. not super sure of the veggie yet

We had Chinese take out last night.

roast beef, baked potatoes, seasoned carrots. making fried ice cream for dessert

We had pulled pork sandwiches and shrimp salad

Tonight I am making crab cakes, scalloped potatoes and carrots.

DW made chicken pot pie with mashed potatoes on top instead of a crust. Think shepherds by but with chicken. She used some of my homemade turkey stock in it, which added a nice bit of flavor since chicken can be fairly bland.
