Hey Grandpa, What's for Supper? Part 2

Right after I posted earlier that I wasn't sure about dinner today, I went downstairs and saw a turkey beat thawing on the counter. DW decided we were smoking turkey breast today. It turned out delicious. I like it seasoned with cajun spices. I use a recipe for Emeril's Essence to make Cajun draining and that's what we used as a rib on the turkey breast. Served it up with a chopped kale salad (kale fresh from the garden and I actually ended up liking raw this way) and some leftover rice and beans.
