Hey Grandpa, What's for Supper? Part 2

Right after I posted earlier that I wasn't sure about dinner today, I went downstairs and saw a turkey beat thawing on the counter. DW decided we were smoking turkey breast today. It turned out delicious. I like it seasoned with cajun spices. I use a recipe for Emeril's Essence to make Cajun draining and that's what we used as a rib on the turkey breast. Served it up with a chopped kale salad (kale fresh from the garden and I actually ended up liking raw this way) and some leftover rice and beans.

Pizza yesterday.
Fried chicken, mashed potatoes with gravy and mac and cheese today.

We didn't cook any of it though. My parents ordered the pizza yesterday while we were over there. We picked up the chicken and sides today while over at parent's house again swimming in the pool.

So we had crispy oven fried chicken thighs.. a herb dressing celery and onions .. peas a vegetable
