Hey Grandpa, What's for Supper? Part 2

I’m still working on emptying the freezer. There is a Turkey breast in there giving me the stink eye. I know I need to face it but I dread the smell of a freezer burned Turkey cooking! Maybe it’s not, I don’t know but How could it not be this far from last winter when I bought it??? :barnie
I have a few turkeys, ducks and chickens in the freezer to cook too. I never pull them out to thaw. And somebody needs to be home for several hours to cook them. Then there's the challenge of eating all that food - DS and DD are just going on 5 and 2 so they don't eat much.

There is one in the downstairs freezer calling to me. It is vacume wrapped and not freezer burned. I even have a head of cauliflower to cook with it. Maybe tomorrow night.

Tonight I will make manicotti, warmed bread, and a salad.

There is likely going to be a Turkey shortage for thanks giving. You might want to hold onto that turkey breast!
