Hey Grandpa, What's for Supper? Part 2

Thawing a duck. It's one of ours that I put in the freezer early last winter. I need to make room for 4 drakes that need to be sent to freezer camp soon.
Well that duck burnt to a crisp in a grease fire on the grill. Oops!
Ended up ordering pizza and wings.
 
Have the recipe for ratatouille?
Easy - sautee some onions in butter, add cubed summer squash (I like both yellow and zucchini for color), add a couple of diced tomatoes, season to taste - for me that's light salt and pepper and slow cook for a 'time'. It's one of those things that taste better the longer you cook it.
