Hey Grandpa, What's for Supper? Part 2

I hope the canning goes well!
2 jars cracked :( 24 jars are on the counter and sealed fine though. These jars made the trip from central TN to Chicagoland in our trunk so I imagine there were hairline cracks or chips that led to the 2 broken jars. Still a year supply of salsa here though. And ~40 lbs of tomatoes to still deal with. Making green tomato catsup tonight with a recipe shared by another BYC member. And then I'm thinking about doing a relish/chow chow type thing with green tomatoes and sweet and hot peppers.

Did you use a pressure canner?
