Hey Grandpa, What's for Supper? Part 2

Tonight is going to be turkey wings. I think I'm going to segment them and fry them. DW pulled them out thinking she grabbed turkey thighs. She didn't know what to do with them when she realized it and they were already thawing so I figured wings are wings. LOL.
They should be tasty!

They were! Deep fried turkey wings can definitely become a thing for us.
I cut them into segments like buffalo wings would be. The "drumettes" were the size of chicken legs. Heck yea! I battered with seasoned flour then egg then seasoned flour again, fried them golden brown a bit past the point when the oil slowed bubbling and then into the oven at 350F to finish off and stay hot while I fried the rest. Only thing I should have done was seasoned them again after they were out of the oil. But a few dashes of buffalo sauce or a sprinkle of salt and they were perfect eating.
Anyway, served them with fried potatoes and brussel sprouts.
